# Pilot Developer Incentive Program

**Date**: August 05, 2024

**Version**: V1.0

Homogeneous competition among applications tailored for high gas and low TPS is a thing of the past. Arcology Network opens the door to future innovations that were once thought impossible and, with help from Arcology, are now a reality.

### Objective:

Encourage ambitious developers in building high-performance DApps that leverage Arcology's parallel transaction processing capabilities.

### Duration:

**6 months**, with the possibility of extension if needed.

***

### Program Structure

The program is result-based, designed to reward projects that demonstrate commitment and dedication. The selected projects will share a pool of **1,000,000 ARN**. In addition, projects receive a 100% gas rebate for all application transactions during the first year of mainnet deployment. As part of the program, selected projects also receive press coverage, Twitter mentions, and homepage links to boost their visibility and engagement.

All projects are welcome, but we are especially interested in:

* **First Movers**: Applications that are pioneering new, out-of-the-box ideas beyond the scope of current blockchain applications,
* **Limit Breakers**: Applications that enhance existing successful Application by utilizing Arcology's unique parallel features to achieve exceptional performance, while maintaining full functionality.

### Referral

* **20,000 ARN** for each successful referral of a selected project.

### Program Administration

* **Milestone Review**: Verified by Arcology team.
* **Transparency:** Quarterly updates on points and progress.

### **Legal and Compliance Considerations**

*Participation is open to developers and teams legally eligible under their local laws. Participants must ensure they comply with all relevant regulations. Participants are responsible for adhering to local laws, including tax obligations and data protection when receiving ARN tokens or other rewards. ARN tokens are subject to Arcology’s terms. Participants must use them in compliance with applicable laws. Participants must have proper licenses for code used in their projects. Arcology is not liable for any damages or legal actions arising from program participation. Arcology reserves the right to modify or terminate the program at any time. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration. Participation implies acceptance of these terms.*
